Yes. Since destination weddings require travel, the couple is responsible for booking our round-trip flights and providing standard resort accommodation for the Kalaa team during the days of the shoot. We coordinate all logistics directly with you or your planner.

We work closely with your planners. Two weeks before the wedding flight, we schedule a call with your planning team to align on coordinates, sunset lighting angles, outdoor shade structures, and the final script flow of your events.

We draft a weather backup plan during our consultation. Our cameras are fully weather-sealed, allowing us to shoot in light rain, and we always locate indoor resort spaces or glass pavilions that serve as beautiful backup portrait backdrops.

Yes. Drone aerial videography and photography are included in our Resort Narrative package (subject to local aviation regulations of the resort country/state), capturing the breathtaking scale of your beachside and rooftop venues.
